Today I had an appointment at 10am. I arrived to the shop and checked in for my appointment. A few minutes later, another woman walks in and checks i...n. She says that she has an appointment with the person who was currently setting up her station to do my manicure. I also had an appointment scheduled with someone else, and was not given that person, but did not make a big deal about it. Instead of asking the other lady to wait, since she arrived after me, I was asked to wait. This was rude and very disrespectful to my time. If I arrived first, i should have received service first. I left the nail shop, and then learned that they still charged me a cancellation fee. This will be my last visit to this location. Show more
